We can then immediately begin or schedule your repair. NO DELAYS.

Why shouldn't I bring my car to the dealer for repair?
Although dealers might do good work, they send their work out to body shops, usually outside Manhattan. This means that the dealer gives up control of the repair process and the cycle time. At Marmin, the customer rep that starts your repair process will see it through to the end personally. You have a one-on-one relationship with the shop, instead of a dealer service writer. Dealers also do not have the direct relationships with insurance companies that Marmin has. This translates to longer repair time and limited guarantee.
Do you pick up and deliver?
Yes. As long as you park in a garage in Manhattan, arrangements can be made.
What payments do you accept?
We accept insurance checks, all major credit and debit cards and cash. We can also arrange to bill your insurance company directly. Payments are not due until your vehicle is released.
